Sheltering Wings partners with churches by sending missionaries to take the gospel of Jesus Christ in word and deed to the world. We are continuously seeking new places to send missionaries.
Our 2021 trip to Uganda is designed to bring support and encouragement to the children at our orphanage, to the Sheltering Wings missionaries, and to teach local pastors. John has made multiple trips to Uganda and will play a vital role in introducing Sheltering Wings to, not only the country, but also an important, probable, long-term partner that he has a personal relationship with. Sheltering Wings sponsors Pastor John Blackmore who works with ministries in the African nation of Uganda.
